Experience the magic of cinema at Movie on the Docks—an unforgettable outdoor movie night unlike any other! Situated on the scenic waterfront, a classic film unfolds on a double-sided screen, offering audiences the unique choice of watching from the water or on shore. Grab your own chair, sleeping bag, or floating device, and settle in for a free film under the twinkling stars.
Film will start at sunset. HfA will be selling popcorn, chocolate bars and cold drinks on site.

Community Event - Muskoka - Canada Day Cruise: The Empty Glasses
A cottage country tradition! Kick your summer off right with an evening of classic songs cruising the 30,000 Islands. End the evening watching the fireworks from the boat.

Prince Edward Community Care invites seniors to join staff for an afternoon of Christmas crafts and hot drinks on Wednesday, July 24th, at 1pm. This is a hybrid event and will be offered both in person at 74A King Street, Picton, and on zoom. Community Care has a variety of free Christmas crafts available including ornaments and wreaths. Christmas in July curbside pick up meal, July 25th, 2024
Prince Edward Community Care holds monthly curbside pick-up of meals. This event is on Thursday, July 25th, 2024, and the pickup location is at the North Marysburgh Town Hall, 2699 County Road 8, Waupoos. Chef Bill Grieve of Wheelhouse and Occasions catering is preparing a scrumptious meal. The meal includes homemade soup, roasted turkey with stuffing, cranberry sauce, potatoes, vegetables, and pumpkin pie for dessert. The cost is $20.00/meal and seniors 60+ can order by calling the Community Care office at 613-476-7493. All meals must be paid for in advance. Meals will be packaged hot and ready to be picked up at the North Marysburgh Town Hall. Only those who preorder and pay will be served. To order, or for more information, call 613-476-7493.
