Holy Trinity Catholic Secondary School will be hosting a chicken dinner at the Legion on January 13th to raise funds for students to go to Guatemala on a mission trip in February. The event will also include a Silent auction as well as music from "The Country Lads" from 6:00 - 8:00. Tickets are $15.00 (adults) & $10.00 (children). Tickets are available from the Legion,Holy Trinity Secondary School or students on the Mission trip. The Belleville Public Library is pleased to announce that we will be hosting the BPL Writers’ Collective every 4th Tuesday evening of the month. Beginning Tues. Jan. 22 at 5:30, this writers’ group will meet in the Library’s 2nd floor Board Room. Join other writers to chat about your work, get ideas and gain insight on how to improve your writing. Writers’ groups are a great place to encourage yourself and others to meet your writing goals, whether you’re writing fiction or nonfiction.
