A hands-on activity, children will love making their very own teddy bear.  Many different skills are involved in the creation of this toy, from cutting and sewing to drawing and decorating, the final result is oh, so satisfying.

The Camp is Friday September 27, 2024 from 9:30am - 12pm  and are suitable for children ages 6-12. The cost is $25 per attendant and pre-registration is required. Children are encouraged to bring their own peanut free snacks. For more information or to register phone 705-743-9710.

Community Event - Peterborough/Lindsay - Learn to Curl Peterborough Curling - Youth & Adult

Come meet the adult and youth Learn to Curl convenors at the Peterborough Curling Club from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm.  The LTC leagues are a friendly, social atmosphere for curlers with all abilities (including wheelchair curling) to learn to curl in a 22-week program of skills development and playing the sport.  All equipment is provided.  Ages 8 years to 18 years for the Sunday morning youth league.  Adult LTC Thursday evening or Sunday afternoon (Sunday includes wheelchair curlers).   Youth rate $160.  Adult rate $350.   Learn the Olympic sport of curling.
