Speaker Leigh Smith will present “Pack Up Your House and Sail!” - the story of the Castine Loyalists from Maine who literally floated their homes along a river to found Saint Andrews, New Brunswick. The Fort Town Concert Association will present Hidden Treasures with violinist Nuné Melik and pianist Michel-Alexandre Broekaert at 7.30 on Friday February 8th 2019 at St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Prescott.
Despite its thousand years of cultural history,the music of Armenia remains little known. This concert is a celebration of the creativity and resilience of the Armenian people, whose music bears the mark of both the genocide and the country’s folklore. Accompanied by pianist Michel-Alexandre Broekaert violinist Nuné Melik will present the fruits of her quest to share the music of her people. Allow this expressive duo to lead you to discover Armenia’s rich and intense musical repertoire.

Korda Artistic Productions’ is holding auditions for the company’s 2019 production of Mother Courage and Her Children. Auditions will take place Wednesday, January 16 and Thursday, January 17 at 7:30pm each night, at The KordaZone Theatre, 2520 Seminole Street. Those interested in auditioning are not required to book a time, but are asked to arrive promptly at 7:30pm and to be prepared to stay for at least one hour. Auditions will be cold reads from the script, with sides provided onsite.
Performance dates have been changed from Korda’s original Press Release! Performances will now be May 17-19, 23-25, 30-31 and June 1, 2019.

Korda Artistic Productions kicks off an exciting 2019 Season with Joe Masteroff, John Kander and Fred Ebb’s TonyÒ Award-winning musical CABARET, running February 14-17, 21-23, 28 and March 1-2, 2019 at The KordaZone Theatre in Windsor.
The theatre hosts an opening night special event on Valentine’s Day - February 14, 2019. Dress up in your favourite 20s attire and join us pre-show at the Korda Kit Kat Club! Special guest Dan MacDonald will host the event which will feature 20s music, drag performances, chanteueses, hors d'ouevres and a complimentary glass of prosecco! Doors open at 6:00 PM. There will be (for our first time ever!) a cash bar, and the opening night performance will commence at 8:00PM. Rouge your knees! Roll your stockings down! And help Korda celebrate its 2019 season and raise some dough for the theatre’s upcoming theatrical adventures!
