Making flower crowns is a time-honoured tradition that has been practiced for centuries. Children will have the opportunity to take part in this classic summer activity, using yarn to create their very own crown of flowers that will never wilt or wither. Programs run from 9:30am - 12pm. In this activity, children will create their own small aquatic habitat and a variety of sea creatures and plants to live in it. Why dine out alone? Socialize with other solo diner in a group for dinner on Thursday, June 20th, 5:30, at the Mandarin Restaurant St Catharines. All adult ages regardless of marital status welcomed. Community Event - Burlington/Oakville - Yoga with a View - Saturday, July 20

Enjoy an early morning yoga session with a view of Burlington’s waterfront! Join us for “Yoga with a View” on the Rooftop Terrace of Joseph Brant Museum on Saturday, July 20. Om Massage & Wellness will be on site to provide an all-levels yoga class from 8am – 9am, followed by mimosas and a breakfast snack bar featuring delicious scones from COBS Bread, biscotti from Mrs. B’s Gifthouse, and fruit from Edible Arrangements. Participants will also have the opportunity to view the museum’s galleries following the event, including our featured exhibit “Worlds of the Night.” Ticket includes 1-hour all-levels yoga class, 1 mimosa, breakfast snack bar, and admission to the museum galleries. Attendees are responsible for bringing their own yoga mat, water bottle, and towel. This is a 19+ event.
