St. Columban Catholic Women are hosting a tea and bake sale at St. Francis de Sales Parish Hall (this is a change of venue) on Nov 30, 12pm - 2pm. Donation $10.00 Elevator is available at the back door of the hall.

This beginner level class will include a combination of seated (80%) and standing (20%) exercises to increase strength and improve posture and balance. Suitable for those new to exercise and those just returning back to exercise.
Please bring indoor shoes & water.
Resistance bands will be provided.
