Windsor Essex Welcomes Refugees welcomes you to a fun evening of fabulous food. Choose a handmade bowl (donated by local potters) and then sample soups and salads from various restaurants participating. Bread, dessert, silent auction and live music are also included...and the bowl is yours to keep! Cash bar. Drop in anytime on May 30 from 6 to 9pm. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased from Midwifery Collective of Essex County (1455 Pelissier Street) or Levigator Press (1984 Wyandotte Street East).

Topic: Mozart’s Piano Sonata, K331 in A Major (containing the famous “Rondo alla Turca.”)  This lecture-recital is a learning outcome of a placement Terrence is doing at Brock University’s Department of Music.

Tuesdays May 22nd to June 26th from 5-730pm at Seaway Valley Community Health Centre. Do you suffer from chronic pain? We have a program for you! Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Pain is a six week program geared to help you improve your quality of life. Subjects covered include: how to deal with frustration, fatigue, isolation, poor sleep. Sessions include information on exercises to improve your strength, flexibility and endurance as well as learning how to pace activity and rest. Registration is required for this program.
