Join Terrence Wu, Grade 10 student at Sir Winston Churchill High School in St Catharines, for a lecture-recital. Topic: Mozart’s Piano Sonata, K331 in A Major (containing the famous “Rondo alla Turca.”)  This lecture-recital is a learning outcome of a placement Terrence is doing at Brock University’s Department of Music.

Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Pain is a six week program geared to help you improve your quality of life. Subjects covered include: how to deal with frustration, fatigue, isolation, poor sleep. Sessions include information on exercises to improve your strength, flexibility and endurance as well as learning how to pace activity and rest. Registration is required for this program.
