Yoga, an ancient practice and meditation, has become increasingly popular in today's busy society. Among the many benefits, the practice of yoga can help improve general wellness by relieving stress, supporting good health habits, and improving mental/emotional health, sleep, and balance.

This is a public devotional, with music, readings, and prayers, held monthly at the public library. Each month there is a different theme. All faith backgrounds are celebrated, and all are welcome. Socializing and refreshments follow the program.

The fifth annual Great Bach Marathon will take place on Saturday, March 23, 2024 from 12pm to 4:30pm at St George’s Cathedral, 270 King St E., Kingston. Anyone who would like to perform or listen to works of one of the greatest composers, Johann Sebastian Bach, is welcome.
