A Strawberry Social and Silent Auction will be held Friday, June 15, from 12 noon to 3:00 p.m., at St. Bartholomew’s Church, 718 Cathcart Blvd. (rear entrance). Cost: Adults, $5.00; children under 8, $2.00. If you wish to participate in the auction, please register at the door.

Shop for new-to-you treasures at our annual Spring Bazaar. Beautiful clothing for men and women in the labels you look for such as Talbots, Nygard, Ralph Lauren, Nine West, and many more, plus boutique labels and some vintage. It's a treasure-hunt and you come home smiling.

From summer dresses to shorts to shoes, all clothing's in excellent condition, fashionable, and low-priced. Our friendly volunteers can help you keep comfortable and search for what you like. We have racks and racks of neatly organized finds and you can try them on! 

 At the Gan & District Humane Society shelter, 85 Hwy 32 just north of Gananoque and the 401, Saturday June  09, 10 am to 1 pm. Cash only. Rain date June 16. Contact: 613-923-1953, arleneamassey@gmail.com.

Music in the Park

Together Smiths Falls is pleased to announce we are reviving our "Music in the Park" in a little bit different format. When we first started Music in the Park we ran on Saturday evenings during July & August. Unfortunately after 2 years (2012 & 2013) due to lack of funds we had to cancel the event. This year thanks to funding from On The Roll Smiths Falls and the Town of Smiths Falls we are hosting 4 days of Music in the Park in Centennial Park from Friday June 29 - Monday July 2, 2018!

It is a FREE event...bring your lawn chairs and come out and enjoy live music along the scenic Rideau Canal!

From our Page to Stage Series. World Premiere! A play reading of Ken MacDougall’s "Working Hard, Hardly Working". A two hander comedy about a man who is let go from his factory job of 20 years. While he sits around waiting for the phone to ring, his wife is forced to take on a slew of part time jobs. A comedy about getting up off the couch.

June 2 & 3   Burrell Hall   (Times: every hour on the hour from 10 am to 4 pm)   All tickets: $20 (plus tax & ticket fee)


Ahoy Mateys! Come experience a unique SFT event. Burrell Hall will be converted into an Escape Room for kids.  Groups of 5 to 8 kids will have 45 minutes to solve a series of intricate puzzles to see if they can make it out of the mystery room.  You’re trapped on a deserted island.  Can you escape? The clock is ticking… Parent/guardians are free and can accompany children. BUT DON’T HELP!!!
