To all those who would be interested in finding out about scouting at Grace United church, please join us at an Open House on Saturday May 26 from 11 am to 3 pm at 581 Howden Ave. (corner Monaghan & Howden Ave).  Come for some fun activities, BBQ, and learn what scouting is all about.  Registration information is available for youth ages 5 and up and leaders.

The Alzheimer Society of Niagara Region presents, "Holding on to Mamie: My Mother, Dementia and Me," with Author Elizabeth Murray. A poignant memoir about dementia. Everyone is welcome to attend. A $2 voluntary donation would be appreciated to offset costs. Light refreshments will be served.

The Cantabile Choirs presents the grand finale to the season, "The Heart Sings", on Sat. May 26, 7:30 at The Spire Joining the adult and teen choirs will be the amazingly innovative Bicycle Opera Project, including Kingston native, baritone Geoffrey Sirett. Music from 'Into the Woods', 'The Little Mermaid', 'Beauty and the Beast', HMS Pinafore, 'West Side Story, 'Candide', Damn Yankees, plus some operatic numbers by Mozart, Bizet, and Canadians Dean Burry (recently appointed to Queen's Dan School of Drama and Music) and Cecilia Livingston.
