Le Théâtre de L'Amalgame est ravi de présenter « Dépêche-toi bibiche, on va rater l’avion. » Cette Comédie en 3 actesde Jérôme Dubois est adaptée et mise en scène par Pauline Laneville, assistée de Ginette Girard et de Nancye Labrecque Avec une distribution de 9 comédiens, Dépêche-toi Bibiche… raconte l’histoire de couples qui partent en voyage de rêve qui se transforme en cauchemar gracieuseté d’imprévus turbulents causés par des personnages louches et embêtants.
Le spectacle sera présenté Théâtre Seaway Valley, 30 Sixième Rue Est, Cornwall, les 13,14,21, et 22 juin 2024 à 19h00 ainsi que les 15 et 23 juin 2024 à 14h00. Seniors 60+ are invited to get active, make friends, be well! Prince Edward Community Care offers over 50 online events each month for seniors 60+. Online Zoom fitness and arts classes along with socials are held Monday to Friday. In June, the Zoom webinar topics include “Loyalist History of The County” with Jessica Chase, Prince Edward County Museum Curator; “Exploring Home Sharing opportunities for seniors in The County” with Anne VanVlack, The County Foundation; “Virtual Bingo” with Community Care staff; “How to use the parking kiosks in Picton” with Jasmin Govier, By-Law Enforcement Officer; and “How to use cell phones and computers” with Adam Cavanaugh, Prince Edward County Library. Reiki Certification Course – June 6th, 2024 – Bloomfield Town Hall
Prince Edward Community Care invites people of all ages to participate in a full day, first degree level reiki certification course with Karen E. Williams, Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner. This event will be held on June 6th, 2024 from 9:30am until 4:00pm at the Bloomfield Town Hall. Upon completion of the course, participants will receive first degree level reiki certification and be able to practice reiki on themselves and others. The fee is $125.00 for members of Community Care’s Active Living Program. The fee for non-members is $225.00. Lunch is included.
