Are you or some one you know stuck in their grief after experiencing the loss of a loved one due to death, divorce or separation? We have been helping broken folks to heal themselves for 33 years. Sarnia Beginning Experience is a nn-profit, non-denominational grief support group. We have been there, done that and are lovingly giving back what we received from this program. We are offering our Coping with Life Alone sessions beginning February 26, 2018 and our spring Weekend Support retreat April 27-29, 2018. A free bootcamp style fitness class for moms with babies at home. Classes are designed with a combination of cardiovascular, strength and flexibility exercises included.
