La Table des aînés de la MRC des Pays-d'en-Haut (PDH) est une concertation d'acteurs qui vise, en collaboration avec la communauté aînée,  à trouver des solutions et à coordonner des actions quant à des problématiques identifiées et ce dans le but d'améliorer la qualité de vie de tous les aînés vivant sur le territoire de la MRC des Pays-d'en-Haut.

Les acteurs représentent différents secteurs vitaux en lien avec la qualité de vie des aînés. Leurs expertises particulières et leur engagement contribuent à enrichir la concertation et à rendre possible la recommandation et la réalisation des actions. 

Reconnue comme l'instance de concertation aînée de la MRC des Pays-d'en-Haut, la Table réalise sa mission par des consultations, des projets ponctuels et à long terme ainsi que par des représentations,  ce qui en fait  un acteur dynamique et incontournable.

Citoyens aînés, organismes communautaires et élus municipaux sont les bienvenus pour assister à notre prochaine réunion où un protrait du développement social de notre territoire vous sera présenté.

Port Hope Garden Club meets regularly to learn gardening techniques & tips. Our February meeting will give answers to the questions that puzzle you about your soil, your plants and your garden. Northumberland Master Gardeners will present their Advice Clinic. Bring your questions and paper and pen so you can refer to these answers when gardening time comes.

Enjoy refreshments. Talk to friends. Consider joining us - $15 annually; $20 for families. Newcomers to this meeting, free.
