St Mark's Anglican Church, built in 1822, offers weekly pay for boys and girls ages 7 to 18 who can commit to singing in our small church choir.

We rehearse weekly and sing on Sundays.

St. John's Church Thorold will be hosting a Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper February 13 at 5 PM - 7PM. We are located on the corner of Clairmont Street  and Carleton Street. Adults $8.00 and children under 8 are $3.00. This includes pancakes, sausages, dessert and a beverage. Activities for children will be provided.

Marjut and her husband recently spent time in California touring some beautiful gardens. They visited San Francisco Botanical Garden, San Francisco Conservatory, Huntington Botanical Gardens, Getty Museum and Garden and in Arizona: Phoenix Desert Botanical Garden.The climate in California and Arizona is so much different then what we are used to and Marjut will share some of the beautiful plants she learned about while there. Xeriscaping and dry gardens will certainly be covered in her talk.  Water wise gardening is popular in California! Free Admission. Refreshments served at end. Marshland Centre, Hague Point, Lakefield New time 7:00pm.

Community Event - Chatham - Art Exhibition in Aid of Cancer Research by Lisa D

Artwork by Lisa D will be on display as well as special colouring books of her work will be on sale with all proceeds going to cancer research. 

Come to the open night and meet the artist. There will be refreshments available and the museum will be open to the public free of charge. 

The exhibition will be on at the Wallaceburg and District Museum until March 9th.  Opening night Feb 9th, 6pm.
