A Private Movie Screening to raise funds for Polio Eradication.  Enjoy an award winning movie "Breathe" about a man's triumphs over Polio.  Also hear from our special guests, Aruna and Shiva Koushik, two of our local Rotary Polio Vaccination Mission team members who just returned from Pakistan about their experiences.  

Help us cross the finish line!  Global eradication is nearer than ever!  Net proceeds to Polio Eradication and they are matched two-to-one by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Farmland preservationist , Mary Delaney , Chair of Pickering 'Land Over Landings' group will tell the exciting story of the lengthy battle to save prime farmlands in Pickering from the planned Pickering Airport   , at the Thursday  March 22nd Annual General Meeting of Niagara-based Preservation of Agricultural Lands Society .
