Join us March 8th at the Donald Gordon Centre, for the Kingston Nursing Research Conference, a dynamic program of nationally recognized speakers and poster presentations that will enhance your ability to strengthen awareness, promote dialogue and transform your practice.

We are honoured to invite and encourage nurses from clinical practice, academia and leadership positions, and nursing students, to take part in this forum for knowledge-sharing, networking, professional development and learning more about the numerous and wonderful research activities that are taking place right here in the Greater Kingston Area.

Don’t miss this annual opportunity to immerse yourself in the latest developments and challenges, including keynote speaker Colin MacRae, mental health and addiction specialist, speaking on “Substance Use: What Works”, and a panel discussion on marijuana legalization.

The 11th Annual Ottawa Valley Seedy Sunday will be held this Sunday, March 4th, at the Rankin Culture and Recreation Centre. The event runs from 10:00am until 3:00 pm.  Admission is free. Meet hundreds of gardeners, farmers, seed and food vendors. Bring your own seeds to exchange or purchase your seeds from a choice of suppliers.  For more information visit the Ottawa Valley Seedy Sunday Facebook page.
