The Willow Community Member Spring Showcase
May 31 to June 24
Opening Reception: Thursday, May 31, 6 to 8 pm
Free community event; all are welcome!
The Willow Community is a non-profit arts organization that provides free art classes to individuals in Niagara with lived experience of mental health and/or addiction. Through a partnership with Rodman Hall Art Centre, Willow members attend workshops at the gallery facilitated by local artists, musicians, writers, and educators. These programs provide a safe space that inspire ability, creativity, empowerment, community, and healing.
This exhibition will showcase works created by members this season, including a collaborative abstract painting installation, creative writing presentations, and performances from the forthcoming Songs from the Willow music release. Seasonal member showcases help to facilitate dialogue, reduce stigma, and celebrate the value of diverse voices in our artistic community.

June 23 7 pm Main Stage
When Amberley Beatty steps on stage, the very spirit, the very soul of one of the greatest singers in the history of Pop and Country music comes to life as the legendary Patsy Cline. Patsy Cline’s two diverse looks are captured in evening gown and Western style dress complete with the sultry sound and bright red lipstick of the early 1960s. And so begins this magical ride. For those fans who would never see the real Patsy Cline perform live, they will be brought as close as can be when Amberley captures her essence in every note she sings – and she’ll have a heck of a lot of fun doing it too – expect to sing along, laugh, and at times be brought to tears by this very special performance.
Tickets: $38 - $42
Pre-Show Dinner 5 pm $25 (Plus tax & ticket fee)
