Making Connections: The Artist & The Viewer – Join Sally and Ihor on a guided walking tour through Making Marks and Beside Myself. Enter the intriguing minds of the curator, artist and writer as they consider the ‘mark on paper’ and its ability to generate a full range of emotions. Considering drawings created from the 15th to the 21st century, connections will be made between the hand of the artist and the experience of the viewer.

Session 4: Curvy Acrylics – A new program inviting youth with special needs, and special interest in fine arts, to explore art mediums through self-expression. The program creates an opportunity for participants to develop new artistic skills and take part in a positive recreational experience within an art gallery setting. Start off by creating bold and curvy shapes with a big Sharpie marker – do it right onto the canvas. Early arrival welcome at 4:30PM. Non-members: $25. Materials included. Spaces are limited. Ages 9-16. Registration required by calling 519-336-8127 ext. 3226. Caretaker or respite worker is required to provide support during the Art Pod workshop. Participants should be able to follow one-step directions.

Family Sunday Red Dot Tour – Join us for a stimulating 15-minute Red Dot Tour of the current exhibitions. Drop-in. Free and fun for the whole family!

Family Sunday Activity: Optical Illusion Art – Engage, discover, and create every Sunday afternoon from 1–3PM. Fool your eyes and create your own illusions! Free. $5 Suggested Material Donation per family. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Enjoy a free Family Red Dot Tour on Sunday at 1:45PM.

How much is the course?
All ASL classes are priced at $195 per student for registration, for any level. There are no material fees for ASL 102, as you continue to use the workbook from 101.
