Using the aid of a chair our yoga instructor will guide you through a series of movements. Poses are done seated or the chair is used for support during standing poses and bends.

A mat based, Pilates inspired class designed to increase your posture awareness, learn to use breath to aid movement, increase muscle tone, and strengthen your core. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

This mat based class combines 3 key elements of fitness into one session for the time crunched person. Class segments will include balance training, body weight exercises, and an extended stretch period to end off the class. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
