In this free work-related course, participants  learn to perform basic computer tasks – Computer Use being 1 of the 9 Essential Skills identified by the Government of Canada as necessary for success at  work and in daily life. Topics include:

  • Parts of the Computer
  • Using a Mouse
  • Keyboarding
  • The Desktop
  • Searching the World Wide Web
  • Saving & Managing Files
  • Online Safety
  • Community Resources
