Community Event - Peterborough/Lindsay - Bobcaygeon Garden Tour and Tea - July 14
Celebrate our gardening heritage. Six exceptional gardens, including those of a century farm and several century homes, are open for visitors. Continuing our theme is an exhibit at the Boyd Museum where displays of photos and garden artifacts will intrigue. Within the stone-wall enclosed museum grounds, enjoy a Kawartha Dairy ice cream cone while shopping for heritage herbs and seeds. To complete this glimpse into the past, be sure to visit Kawartha Settlers' Village for a tour of several pioneer gardens as well a a traditional dessert tea and musical entertainment.
Tickets: $15; kids under 16, free. Includes admission to Boyd Museum and Kawartha Settlers' Village
