The Fort Town Concert Association will close it’s 35th season & usher in spring a recital featuring soprano Jennifer Taverner and pianist Andrea Van Pelt. Friday May 4 at 7:30pm.
The programme will include a selection of songs for spring ranging from With verdure clad from Haydn’s Creation and Strauss’ Ständchen to Sondheim’s Green Finch & Linnet Bird and Jerome Kern’s All the things you are.
Sponsored by Judith Caldwell, and supported in part by the Ontario Arts Council and generous donors, adult admission is $25, students are free.

The Spring Fling Running Thing, in support of the Smith Falls Hospital Foundation,is taking place on Sunday, April 22nd. The trail races take place on the Cataraqui Trail beginning at Ferrara Drive. Lots of parking in front and side lot, Everyone is welcome! Huge sale throughout the whole church upstairs and downstairs. There is a elevator for those who need one.
