Afton Park Place presents their annual Christmas Bake Sale and Bazaar, on Friday November 17 from 1-3pm. Lots of baked goods, rummage table, raffle prizes. Free admission! All are welcome. 1200 Afton Drive. All proceeds will benefit our Residents Council.
Retired, Employed, Between Employment, Mature College or University Students.
Evening meetings held once per month. Positions is part of the Executive Committee.
Financial - Review financial reports prepared by the staff and recommend any adjustments as appropriate during Board meetings.
Secretary – Record and prepare monthly minutes.

Join GRCA’s Fisheries Biologist at the Garden Hill Conservation Area for this fun and educational event learning how to fish. You’ll walk away knowing how to rig, bait and cast a fishing rod, identify local fish species, and fish safely and sustainably. If you have your own fishing gear, please bring it; otherwise, equipment can be borrowed through OFAH’s TackleShare Program which will be on-site. $15.00 + HST/participant. Join local bat expert, Chris Ketola, as we learn about these amazing animals that flutter above our heads at night. A fascinating and educational experience for all ages! This is a free event.
