Miramichi Lodge offers a free community walking program every Tuesday and Thursday from October until April. Drop in anytime between 9:30 to 11:30 am to stay fit as you walk the halls of the Lodge! In partnership with the University of Ottawa Heart Institute and the County of Renfrew Emergency Services, this walking program meets the criteria of a Heart Wise Exercise Program. Test your superhero powers as you make your way through the various stations including the Kryptonite contamination room, bean bag villain attack, test your strength at the mighty muscles station and create your own superhero mask. Complete all 8 stations and receive your official Superhero Certificate. Children ages 5 and up. Registration not required.
