Join us for a fun 4-week, intermediate level, moderate intensity outdoor walking program. Each week will consist of a warm-up, brisk walk, and 2-3 intervals of strengthening exercises using your own body weight.

This is a beginner-level class, combining the benefits of gentle stretching and guided meditation. The goal is to improve mobility and reduce tension using a combination of stretching, guided meditation and progressive relaxation techniques.

Please bring your own exercise/yoga mat and water.

Menu:  Turkey with all the trimmings, buns and pie.

Tickets: Adults: $18.00, children (6-10 yrs.): $13.00, children 5 yrs. and under: FREE.  All take outs $18.00.

This beginner level class will include a combination of seated and standing exercises to increase strength and flexibility, to improve posture and joint alignment. Classes will follow the Canadian Arthritis Society guidelines.

Please dress to allow for movement, wear non-slip indoor shoes & bring water. 

(Resistance bands will be provided, as needed.)

The Renfrew Legion is hosting a barbecue on Thursday, August 15, 3-6pm. Hamburgers $6, hot dogs $3, and sausage on a bun $5. 

Each weekly session will include a different combination of low impact cardio and strength exercises classes in a group exercise format. Intermediate level, moderate intensity exercises.
