  1. Harrow & Colchester Chamber of Commerce will be holding their 5th Annual “Countdown in the Downtown” New Year’s Eve event on Sunday December 31st. Taking place at the Harrow Arena from 6:00PM to 9:00PM, this FREE family event has lots of fun in store! Activities include skating, face painting, Jangles the Magic Clown, a photo booth, outdoor ball hockey and new this year, an outdoor inflatable go cart track. ball will drop at 9:00 PM with a fireworks display provided by K&H Fireworks. Hot dogs, popcorn and hot chocolate provided, while supplies last. Community Event - Windsor/Leamington - Christmas at the Museum-Amherstburg Freedom Museum

Ring in the holiday season with the Amherstburg Freedom Museum! Our annual Christmas at the Museum concert is taking place December 20 at 7:00 p.m., in the Nazrey A.M.E Church National Historic Site.

Join us for this holiday tradition as special musical guest Renee King Jackson and her band Brian Holland on drums, Cornelius Johnson Jr. on saxophone, Ibrahim Jones on upright bass, and Robert Jones. Also featuring spoken word poet Derwin Taylor. The hour and a half program will be sprinkled with traditional songs of the season and heart warming holiday classics that beautifully capture the spirit of the season. 

Come and join us for a warm and friendly celebration of the Christmas Season. A dessert buffet will be served following the concert. Please bring a canned good which will be donated to the Amherstburg Mission.
