Club Italia is participating in the Niagara Folk Arts Festival.  We will be celebrating our Italian Heritage Saturday May 11, 2024 from 4pm to 7pm.  Enjoy a sampling of traditional Italian Food, learn to dance a traditional tarantella.  All are welcome !!  Tutti Benvenuti !!

Why dine out alone?  Socialize with other solo diners in a group in a room just for us, for lunch at noon, 

Thursday, May 2nd at the Mandarin St Catharines. All adult ages regardless of marital status are welcomed.

It's no one's business but your own why you are a solo diner.  Order off the menu or enjoy the buffet.  Seniors 65+ with id get 20% off the price of the buffet.

Great food and conversations were enjoyed by participants in the first four solo events. So reserve by May 1st for lunch on the 2nd with Carol Parker at

carolparker19@gmail.com.  Can't make lunch, then come to solo dinner Thursday, May 16th, 5:30 same place.

The talented young singers of the Bel Canto Choir School at St. Andrew's present "A Chorus of Magic" at 7 pm, demonstrating their passion for music and the progress that they have made during 2023 - 2024. Donations at the door appreciated. Proceeds to to the Bel Canto Choir School.

Seniors 60+ are invited to get active, make friends, be well!  Prince Edward Community Care offers over 50 online events each month for seniors 60+. Online Zoom fitness and arts classes along with socials are held Monday to Friday. In May, the Zoom webinar topics include “Native Plants and Pollinators” with Lise Bois; “The County Is Hopping, But Its For The Birds” with Terry Sprague; “Virtual Bingo” with Community Care staff; and “Mindfulness” with Tammy Orr, Mental Health Counsellor with the Prince Edward Family Health Team. Find Your Inner Beat – May 23rd to June 27th, 2024 – Bloomfield Town Hall

Prince Edward Community Care invites seniors to join Ruth Dwight for a 6-week in-person drum circle series beginning on Thursday, May 23rd, 2024. Drums will be supplied in addition to many other percussion instruments including claves, maracas, and tambourines. No prior drumming experience is necessary.  Bring a willingness to share the joy of drumming. The cost is $30.00 per person.
