Canatara Park, Downtown Sarnia (Meet @ the Kiwanis Pavillion – beside the Animal Farm)

Join us for a 4-week, intermediate level, moderate intensity outdoor walking program. Each week will consist of a warm-up, brisk walk, and 2-3 intervals of strengthening exercises using your own body weight.

Please consider personal sun and bug protection and provide an email contact in case of weather-related class cancellations.

Queer Space is a new and inclusive social gathering for members of the LGBTQ2SIA+ community taking place monthly at the Belleville Public Library. If you are over the age of 16 and looking to meet new people, make friends, ask questions, or simply spend an evening amongst other queer people, we’d love for you to join us. Community Event - Burlington/Oakville - St. Luke’s Annual Car Wash Fundraiser August 10th

Join us at our annual car wash Fundraiser on August 10th from 10 am until 2 pm.  Give your car the wash it deserves while supporting your favorite local church and community center!  For a special treat, at 1 pm Oakville Fire Department will be making an appearance with an active Fire Truck!

 

For a minimum donation of 10 dollars, our trusty volunteers will give your car the spa day it deserves. All proceeds will go towards our ministries and community outreach programs.  

 

We look forward to seeing you there!
