Join us for the 18th annual Walk a Mile in HER Shoes event on Saturday, October 19th at the Pen Centre. We invite Niagara's men and male-identifying allies to march to end violence against women this October. Friends, family, and cheerleaders can join to help make an inspiring impact at this family-friendly event that includes face painting, live entertainment, breakfast and a photo booth!  Register, donate, and fundraise at www.walkamileinhershoes.ca

Registration starts at 10am - Walk begins at 11:00am - ends at 12:30pm at the Pen Centre 221 Glendale Avenue, St. Catharines 

Together we’ll meet different animals, learn about their care, and have the opportunity for hands-on interactions. Learn about gardening and animal-safe plants and help harvest plants to feed our small animals. We’ll create animal enrichment items and crafts, explore nature, decode animal behaviour and much more!  Camp runs from 8:45 am to 3:45 pm with a 15-minutes drop off and pick up window (8:30 am-4:00 pm) at HSHPE’s new shelter at 34 Wallbridge-Loyalist Road. Extended hours available until 4:30 pm (additional $15/day).
