What:

Do you have a child who likes music, drama and crafts? If yes, then this is the camp for you. Kids 4 to 12 can join Music Moves Kids in a Trolls themed day camp where they can sing songs from the movies, make Trolls themed crafts and play fun drama games.

When:

Our camp is offered for two weeks this summer:

Session 1 from July 29 to August 2

and

Session 2 from August 5 to August 9

Tuition is $175 per child/week

What is it?

• Take a functional exercise test to evaluate your mobility, balance, leg strength & endurance.
• Identify possible fall risk factors and areas of focus for your exercise routines.
• Track and celebrate your progress from one check up to the next.

What’s involved?

3 functional exercise tests: (1) 30-Second Chair Stand (2) Floor Transfer test (3) 4-Stage Balance Test

How long will it take? Approx. 5-10 minutes. Repeated every 6 months.

$3 for members, $6 for non-members.
