This is a program for those interested in a guided mindfulness meditation. An opportunity to gather and experience the power of a group practice. No prior experience is required.

Chairs and/or yoga mats will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own mat, cushion and/or blanket.

Each weekly session will include a different combination of intermediate level cardio and strength exercises in both circuit training format.

Please bring indoor shoes & water.

NOTE: You will be required to bring your own set of light weights for class (2lbs - 5lbs is recommended).
