Remembering the loss of family and friends is particularly hard at Christmas and this annual service, guided by the Port Colborne and Wainfleet Clergy Fellowship, has become a comforting experience for many. This year it will be hosted at The Gathering Place, 219 King St., Port Colborne with the much appreciated sponsorship of Armstrong Funeral Home and Davidson Funeral Home. Join us on Sunday, December 10 at 6:30pm.

Craig's Kitchen at Legion 261 in Tecumseh is proud to bring you Breakfast with Santa!!

Saturday, Dec. 23 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.

We all know that the last few days before Christmas are hectic and nobody wants to spend time cooking. Let us worry about your breakfast that day and get your chance to meet Santa himself!

The buffet will be our normal Sunday Breakfast Buffet, including your favourites such as Scrambled eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Homefries, Pancakes, Toast, Coffee, Tea, and more.

Tickets are $20 for adults, $10 for children under 10, while children under 3 are free. Taxes are included, gratuities are not.

Limited seating is available so get your tickets early!

You can pick up your tickets at the bar (Cash only), or order online with etransfer - craigskitchen261@gmail.com. Please include your name & amount of tickets you are ordering.

Please note: We will also be collecting clothing item donations to be given out with warm meals to people on the streets this holiday season! This can be anything from coats, hats, scarfs, gloves, boots, blankets, even bags of toiletries! Clean out your closets for new items while helping others in the process.

Belleville Public Library's Adult Chess Club is for ages 18 and up. The club meets every second Monday (bi-weekly) at 5:30pm. Bring your own chess board or borrow one from the library and meet with fellow chess players for a friendly game. All skill levels are invited to this informal, self-led program.

Knitterati is Belleville Public Library's knitting circle. Bring your current project to work on while you chat with fellow knitters, crocheters, cross-stitchers and other fibre arts crafters. Whether it's your first time casting-on or you've been at it for a lifetime, all levels of skill and all ages are welcome.
