Pull on your PJs and take steps to support children facing childhood cancer. 

Join us for a PyjamaGanza on our Childcan Walk weekend - Sunday, September 24, 2023, 10am-1pm, at the Vollmer Complex, 2121 Laurier Pkwy, LaSalle, Ontario, N9J 0B4.

The event in LaSalle will run as follows:

10:00 am - Registration opens, with activities, fun, and entertainment
10:45 am - Opening Ceremonies
11:00 am - Walk starts
12:30 pm - Silent Auction closes
12:45 pm - Closing Ceremonies

With every step and every dollar raised, we will help another family. Another person who doesn't have to worry about how they are going to pay for parking, gas, or their mortgage, while their child is in hospital.

Registration is free. Every child registered will receive a stuffie and those who raise more than $500 receive a coveted cross-body backpack!

Tarts & Arts in the Park Festival -  Through the Looking Glass
26 Aug 2023  Saturday Time: 9:30AM - 4:00pm - rain or shine

Butter Tarts! In a beautiful river side setting! But if you need more reasons...

Through the Looking Glass is this year’s theme ... So join Alice for the Queen of Tarts Competition, take pictures at the Tea Party, with some of our roving Looking Glass characters or at our Dress Up Photo Booth.  Stay for Little Ray's Reptiles, BugaBub face painting, Balloon Party Magic and children’s games.  For the adults we have Butter Tarts plus Valley Artists & Craftspeople.  Food and fun for the whole family!    Brought to you by the Arnprior Rotary Club.  Make a day of it in Arnprior and stay for the Cultural Night Market downtown.

    Admission and Parking is free for both events - So Mark your Calendar!

Join us at Arnprior’s beautiful Robert Simpson Park overlooking the Ottawa River for a Tarts and Arts in the Park Family Festival!  Saturday August 26 from 9:30am to 4pm
•    Family Fun and Free Admission!
•    Join us to try out the Butter Tarts of our Best Local Bakers, see them compete to be the Queen of Tarts, stroll the marketplace with sales by local Bakers, and a variety of local Crafters & Artisans.
•    Fun for the Whole Family with Little Ray’s Reptiles, Face Painting, Children's Games, Photo Booth
•    Bid on items at the Silent Auction where the proceeds will go directly to help hands on Teachers Against Poverty (TAP) work in our community
•    The event will be MC’d  by our own local Mad Hatter to include performances by Andy Stokes, plus the results of the Butter Tarts Competition!
•    In addition to the Park Canteen, the Lions Club will be lending an hand to provide food.
•    Free Parking at Robert Simpson Park and at the Hospital
