St. Andrew’s Church in partnership with Sarnia Blessings, will hold a Community Lunch on Wednesday, April 17 at 12pm. The cost is $11 per person and will include orange ginger chicken over garden rice, mixed vegetable, caesar salad, bread, fruit cream cheese tarts. Doors open at 11:45am. Families can participate in various free activities including archery, outdoor survival skills workshops covering fire and shelter building, guided tours, low ropes challenges, salamander hunting, and classic campfire treats like s'mores. These activities are designed to provide wholesome entertainment for all ages while fostering a deeper connection with nature and outdoor adventures.
In addition to the complimentary activities, families can enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch available for a suggested donation of $25 per family. The proceeds from the day will go directly towards supporting the Children's Foundation of Muskoka Campership Fund, ensuring that more children from the Muskoka region can attend local Muskoka summer camp and create lasting memories.
For those seeking an extra thrill, Camp Muskoka will also offer access to its exhilarating aerial park and zip line experience for $75 per person. All proceeds from the aerial park and zip line activities will also be donated to the Children's Foundation of Muskoka, further contributing to the cause.
