This is a guided mindfulness meditation class. Meditation helps to relax the body and de-clutter the mind; assisting in stress reduction, improving mood, and sleep quality. No prior experience is required. (Ages 13-17)

Community Event - Sarnia - Yoga for Sleep - Twin Bridges NPLC
A beginner level restorative yoga class. The session will include a combination of restorative poses, Yoga Nidra, breath work and acupressure points, to improve relaxation and promote better sleep.
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and water.
NOTE: You must be able to kneel and get up and down from the floor in order to participate in this class.

This is a beginner-level class, combining the benefits of gentle stretching and guided meditation. The goal is to improve mobility and reduce tension using a combination of stretching and progressive relaxation techniques.

This beginner level class will include a combination of seated and standing exercises to increase strength and improve posture and balance.

Community Event - Sarnia - Women's Fitness Circuit Train - Twin Bridges NPLC
Tuesdays 5:30pm-6:15pm (45 minutes)

Each weekly session will include a different combination of cardio and strength exercises in both circuit & group exercise formats.
Please bring: Indoor shoes, water, & set of light weights to class (2-5lbs is recommended).

Community Event - Sarnia - Chair Yoga - Twin Bridges NPLC
This is a beginner-level yoga program. Classes will begin with a short (optional) standing portion and then all remaining exercises will be performed seated in a chair. Each session will include a combination of exercises to improve circulation, balance, joint mobility and strength.
