The Warriors of Hope Breast Cancer Survivor Dragon Boat Racing Team is pleased to announce they will be hosting their 18th Annual 18-hole, 4-Person Scramble Golf Tournament at Osprey Links Golf Course on Saturday, September 9, 2023, sponsored by Country 90.5 FM CFCH.

Don’t miss your opportunity to enter a team!  The entry fee is $125.00 per person, which includes golf cart, greens fee and a delicious chicken and rib BBQ dinner, with prizes awarded to the winning team, closest to the pin and longest drive; in addition, each participant will receive a $25 charitable receipt.

With the support of volunteers and associate members, this determined, energetic team has become a role model for breast cancer survivors, not only in North Bay, but also wherever they compete. The Warriors of Hope work to raise public awareness of cancer issues with a special focus on supporting breast cancer survival, particularly through active fitness programs like dragon boat racing.  As a team they raise funds to increase breast cancer awareness and research for a cure, promote the value of being proactive in detection, honour those who have gone before us, and offer hope to those who will follow.
