This program focuses on teaching proper stretches, strengtheners, warm up & cool down routines, specifically designed for golfers. Exercises will aim to prevent golf-related injuries and improve swing technique through improved mobility and stability of the hips, trunk and shoulders.
Please wear clean indoor shoes, bring water and one iron (club) with you for stretching and postural alignment.

Each weekly session will include a different combination of cardio and strength exercises in both circuit & group exercise formats. Please bring indoor shoes & water.
NOTE: You will be required to bring your own set of light weights for class (2lbs - 5lbs is recommended).

This is a beginner-level yoga program. Classes will begin with a short (optional) standing portion and then all remaining exercises will be performed seated in a chair. Each session will include a combination of exercises to improve circulation, balance, joint mobility and strength.
