Community Event - Niagara - Art at the Pumphouse Juried Show & Sale, Aug 3 & 4
Experience a vibrant showcase of original artworks at the Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre's premier event on August 3 and 4, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Delight in a diverse range of creations including paintings, photography, sculpture, woodwork, glass, pottery, textiles, jewelry, and more. This in-person event offers a unique opportunity to view and purchase exceptional pieces while engaging with talented artists and artisans against the picturesque backdrop of the riverside.
For those unable to attend, an online show will run from July 15 to August 11, 2024, allowing virtual exploration and purchase of artworks from participating artists.
Enhancing the experience is an Outdoor Bistro featuring a bar and live music. Additionally, artist demos will provide insight into the creative process, enriching the overall event. Are you an avid cyclist looking for your next adventure? Look no further than Wellspring Ride for Cancer Support: Bike to Boulder!
Our spots are filling up, but we still need more cyclists. As part of the team, you will cycle over 120 km a day for seven days, taking in the beauty of the American Midwest on your way to scenic Boulder, Colorado. As you end your journey in the trails of the Rockies, a celebration with friends and family will be held in Boulder to commemorate the end of another successful adventure.
Help raise money for Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation to ensure people in our community get the cancer support they need.

If you or your loved one has been diagnosed with cancer, you need Wellspring.
At Wellspring, you will find a range of specialized programs designed to help you live better with cancer. They provide connection and belonging; ease pain, fatigue and distress; build strength and mobility; and support financial and workplace challenges. All programs are free of charge and without medical referral.

Learn about Connection in Action, an information and referral hub for adults aged 55+. Learn about the value of social connections and the impacts of isolation and loneliness.
