A 6 week program offered to individuals 15+ with intellectual impairment, Two times a week Mondays and Wednesdays from 520pm to 7pm. A safe structured environment will be provided introducing young adults to fun and fitness, paddling safe kayaks on the water. Opportunity to continue sessions throughout the summer to compete in Regattas locally and in Ontario
