The Kingston Symphony's 2023-2024 season continues on Sunday, October 22 at 2:30 p.m. at the Isabel Bader Centre with our second Masterworks series concert, Vaughan Williams & Mazzoli. The talented Ian Whitman, a bassist who has performed with multiple Canadian orchestras, including the National Arts Centre Orchestra, l'Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal, the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and the Calgary Philharmonic, will be joining us for a program that showcases our magnificent string section with music that is sure to delight and surprise.

Community Event - Chatham - The Witches Lair at the Wallaceburg Museum

Have you ever completed an escape room or have you gone to a corn maze?  The  Wallaceburg & District Museum presents the Witches Lair You and your group           (3 to 4) will have one hour to search out and solve all of her secret puzzles.  Discover the       location and code to open the treasure and escape before the witch returns and puts you in the stew pot.

Cost is $15.00/per person 12 years of age or older with at least one adult (over 18) in each group.  Call the museum office at   519 627 8962  or email museumpr@kent.net to book your time.  Times will be available starting September 19, 2023 and will   continue until November 3, 2023. Don’t wait, as times are limited for this unique adventure.

Kim's music tells of a life of joy, sorrow, and redemption everyone can relate to. She has been nominated twice for the International Blues Challenge Memphis, Tennessee, and is a recipient of the all-star Canadian female vocalist of the year award. Kim and her talented band have opened for several artists including Robert Cray and Buddy Guy plus they have headlined shows at the RBC Ottawa, Limestone Blues, and Blue Skies Music Festivals. Kim Pollard is the real deal.
