Join us for our Open House March 5, 7:00 – 8:30 pm

Learn about the health benefits of Taoist Tai Chi while trying the first few movements. People find that Taoist Tai Chi® practice reduces pain, stress and fatigue, and improves balance, energy, mood, sleep, immune system function, freedom of movement and quality of life.

Seniors notice that their lives improve through Taoist Tai Chi® practice. They become stronger and more flexible. They have better balance, more confidence and stamina and are more resilient physically and emotionally. This experience, together with the regular social interactions fostered in our classes, and the opportunities to volunteer contribute to a more joyful outlook on life.
