Learn about the health benefits of Taoist Tai Chi while trying the first few movements. People find that Taoist Tai Chi® practice reduces pain, stress and fatigue, and improves balance, energy, mood, sleep, immune system function, freedom of movement and quality of life.
Seniors notice that their lives improve through Taoist Tai Chi® practice. They become stronger and more flexible. They have better balance, more confidence and stamina and are more resilient physically and emotionally. This experience, together with the regular social interactions fostered in our classes, and the opportunities to volunteer contribute to a more joyful outlook on life.

RED LEAF CANADA is seeking host families for European International Students. All students are Secondary School age and will be registered with the Halton Catholic District School Board.
Compensation will be $50/night.

Red Leaf Canada is looking for Host Families in the Milton and Halton area. Our students are mainly from Spain and other parts of Europe. All students are of secondary school age, and will be registered with the HCDSB. Student programs run for 12 or 15 weeks as well as a full academic year. Compensation is provided. Community Event - Quinte - Curling Day in Canada - Feb 24th 2024
Join the fun as the Quinte Curling Club celebrates Curling Day in Canada. Starting at 9 am, participants can play a 6-end game and keep playing, or take a break and enjoy a snack. There are 6 time slots available with all invited for a spaghetti dinner at 7 pm. The lounge will be open for refreshments and non-curling games. Cost? $20 to play, plus $20 for dinner. The purpose of the Quinte Social Dance Club is to promote goodwill and Fellowship. .It shall be non denominational, non political, and non profit.
To this end we host a Dance twice a month at the Masonic Hall in Belleville.
