Thirty original paintings donated by Barbara Blackstein, FOWS, will be auctioned will all proceeds going to the Building Campaign for St. Joseph's Community Food Bank.  There will be a Silent Auction as well as Live Auctions with Celebrity Auctioneers.  Enjoy Wine and Cheese with musical entertainment provided by Zephyr.  Free Admission.

Community Event - Muskoka - Huntsville Horticultural Society Meeting & Speaker

The Huntsville Horticultural Society will hold its April General Meeting on Tuesday, April 11th at 7 pm at the Huntsville Public Library. (Enter by the After Hours Side Door located on the West side of the building)

We will be joined virtually by Anna Leggatt, Horticulturalist, Nature Interpreter, B.Sc. Botany, Self-Proclaimed Mad Gardener.

Her topic will be “Japanese Gardening and how we can use some of these features in our gardens."

She will talk about the history of gardening in Japan and the basic, classical styles. Various elements will be shown, with images from gardens in Japan and other places. This will touch on elements that can be adapted to add to our own gardens

Free to Members. Membership is $10.00 per year. Guests are welcome.  A donation of $2.00 per meeting is appreciated.
