Gift yourself time to make the short drive to Frontenac Provincial Park for a guided, Forest Bathing walk. Immerse yourself in the forest through simple invitations. Find your natural balance, a deeper connection and belonging to our natural world. Unplug, relax and allow the goodness of the forest to soothe your mind, nourish your body & rejuvenate your soul.

Each walk will be 3 hours in length & include a special forest tea and a light snack.
