A four week, full body exercise program that will aim to improve strength, stability and posture.

This program requires payment of $44 (cash only) and a signed waiver for participation. Waiver and payment must be completed at the Twin Bridges NPLC by December 28th, 2023.

Tuesdays, Jan 2nd & Jan 23rd (2 classes)

This is a beginner-level class, combining the benefits of gentle stretching and guided meditation. The goal is to improve mobility and reduce tension using a combination of stretching, guided meditation and progressive relaxation techniques.

Please bring your own exercise/yoga mat and water.

Each weekly session will include a different combination of low impact cardio and strength exercises classes in a group exercise format.

Falls Prevention Series: Standing Strong

The sessions will consist of a combination of seated and standing-based group exercise, discussion and information on home safety, all focused on falls prevention. Exercises will be geared to improve posture, balance, strength and stability.

Please bring non-slip indoor shoes and water.

A full course luncheon event at the Arnprior Legion Hall on Wednesday, Jan 3 from 12-2pm. Choice of sandwiches ham and cheese on croissant or turkey salad. Carolyn Keays and guest to entertain.
