West Lincoln Author of My Ice Cream Sunday Memoir John Golub invites you all to his upcoming speaking event!😀

 

Net ticket proceeds being donated to West Lincoln Community Care( food bank)😀

 

As requested, he will dig into his book My Ice Cream Sunday and further expand on many of the concepts that have proved to be so beneficial to so many people.📚😀📚

Community Event - Quinte - Virtual Mindful Motion Series

This program created by Carol Anderson a lifelong dance artist and movement educator. This series builds on patterns of motion that promote fluidity and strength. Each week will offer a guided focus of an aspect of movement practice and dance - breath, flow, balance and connection. The series runs from Monday, January 9th to Monday, January 30th. The cost of this 4-week series is $50 and is being offered on Zoom. The Kingston Baroque Consort (KBC), presents “L'arte del arco: Italian
Music for Strings” featuring special guest Cellist Elinor Frey, one of
Canada's leading Baroque specialists, on Friday 20 January at 5:15pm at
St James Church (10 Union St, Kingston). Tickets cost $25 (adults) and
$10 (students), and free for under 17. Tickets are available by emailing

The third of four concerts in the Kingston Baroque Consort’s second
season features the strings of the group. The program will include
sinfonia by Legrenzi, Sammartini, and Caldara, concerti by Dall'Abaco
and Corelli, and feature Elinor Frey in a performance of the solo
concerto in C major for Violoncello Piccolo by Sammartini.

There will also be an open coaching session with Elinor Frey on Saturday
21 January from 10am to noon at Harrison-LeCaine Hall on the Queen’s
University campus. For information about auditing or participating in
