KFL&A Gets Active Month (formerly known as Kingston Gets Active Month) is a community-wide initiative that has expanded from Kingston to include Frontenac, Lennox, and Addington (FL&A). This rebrand enhances inclusivity and strengthens regional engagement. With 24 community partners offering a variety of free activities for all ages, KFL&A Gets Active Month is a great chance to explore new activities, connect with others, and stay active—indoors and outdoors!

The event features two separate calendars of activities for Kingston and FL&A, making it easier for residents to find events nearby. It’s the perfect opportunity to stay active, have fun, and try new things—all at no cost! KFL&A Gets Active Month helps overcome financial barriers, promoting a “try it” month that showcases free and low-cost options available year-round. It's a great way to connect with local businesses and organizations while discovering new fitness opportunities.

Please join us at the Ukrainian Inspire, Canadian Made: Easter Bazaar, presented by St. Michael's Ukrainian Church on April 12, 2025, from 12 to 3 PM. Held at 472 Bagot St., this event is a wonderful opportunity to support the Ukrainian community, deeply affected by the ongoing conflict in their homeland.  Revel in the authentic flavors of Ukraine with an array of delectable homemade offerings, including savory perogies, cabbage rolls and the sweet, festive Paska—Ukrainian Easter bread.
