This is a program for those interested in a guided mindfulness meditation. An opportunity to gather and experience the power of a group practice. Chairs and/or yoga mats will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own mat, cushion and/or blanket.

This program focuses on teaching proper stretches, strengtheners, warm up & cool down routines, specifically designed for golfers. Exercises will aim to prevent golf-related injuries and improve swing technique through improved mobility and stability of the hips, trunk and shoulders.
Please wear clean indoor shoes, bring water and one iron (club) with you for stretching and postural alignment.

This is a beginner-level yoga program. Classes will begin with a short (optional) standing portion and then all remaining exercises will be performed seated in a chair. Each session will include a combination of exercises to improve circulation, balance, joint mobility and strength.

This is an intermediate level yoga program. Exercises will be performed both on a mat and on the floor. Each session will include a combination of exercises to improve alignment, flexibility and strength. Please bring your own yoga mat and water.
