Please sign our petition for more affordable housing for seniors. As Welland becomes more and more a place where more seniors are retiring today, we have prepared a petition to request that Council (Welland and Regional) include a requirement in every new development plan that a certain portion of the planned housing development be dedicated as affordable housing units for independent seniors.
