At least 250 residents and businesses in Lincoln will be proudly displaying signs on their front lawns to show how important every person is in our community! Signs were designed by Nandhini Rangan from Oakville who gave others permission to use her design to make signs as long as it wasn't for profit. For $9, residents or businesses in Lincoln can purchase a sign - some who have bought one or more for themselves and one for someone else anonymously!
On Sunday, July 18th from noon-3pm, lawn signs will be available for pick up at the Town of Lincoln (parking lot) for those who have placed an order and for anyone who wants to come pick up a sign on a cash basis. While the signs are $9 to purchase, donations are also being accepted for these organizations - Out Niagara, the Niagara Regional Native Centre, Niagara Region Anti-Racist Association and Community Care of West Niagara.
It's important to say and show what matters in our communities and this is one small way to do just that!
