Join us at this family-friendly nightly event running all through December. The River of Lights is a COVID19-safe holiday event where visitors do not need to leave their cars to enjoy a light and sound show featuring over 70,000 lights set to themed music. Tune your car's radio to 88.1 to access the audio show.

This event runs nightly starting at 5pm from November 28, 2020 to January 2, 2021 on Blockhouse Island Parkway in Brockville.

This workshop will be taking place via Zoom on December 10th, 2020 at 7PM.

The human body is an incredible machine that is made to move. In this workshop with acclaimed actress/dancer/playwright, Leslie McCurdy (BFA Dance/Drama University of Michigan), participants will rediscover our natural inclination to move. We shall explore how we use dance – movement of the body through time and space – to express ourselves, to stay healthy and to keep our mind keen. Participants should be dressed to move freely and able to make a little space for themselves to move within. A gentle warm up will be followed with movement games, activities and explorations. All that is needed to bring is one’s adventurous spirit!

Dans cette conférence ludique, qui met l’emphase sur LA GRÈVE DES CÂLINS (livre s’inspirant d’une certaine pandémie qui impose une distanciation physique), l'écrivain Simon Boulerice raconte la solitude qu’il a vécue enfant, puis comment l'art s'est installé dans sa vie et lui a permis de se révéler. Car l’art peut colmater la solitude. 

Au terme de la conférence, Simon répondra chaleureusement et virtuellement à toutes les questions du public, à défaut de leur faire une grosse caresse dans le réel!

Well CNOY2021 - NeighbourLink Sarnia-Lambton website has gone LIVE! Go have a look and get your Team setup and set your goals and signup your team walkers. Just go to the website and click on the Register to Walk + Fundraise tab (the yellow toque with the snowflake) and follow the instructions. The Sarnia WALK begins and ends at The Sarnia Christian School, at 1273 Exmouth St, corner of Pontiac Drive and Exmouth Street. But teams of up to 10 walkers can select their own routes more suitable for them during this covid season. Donning iconic toques, on one of the evenings between February 8 and February 20, participants will walk a 2km or 5km route, warming up with toasty drinks at the covid aware rest stop, or in drink dispensers they have brought with them.

Although the walk may appear a bit different in 2021 the goal remains the same - partner with NeighbourLink Sarnia-Lambton and touch lives in need. Over the past 3 years walkers and sponsors have raised well over $55,000.00 assisting in reaching out to many people across Sarnia and Lambton County. WOW!
